Email [email protected]. Please include the email address on your Lightweight account and a short description of the issue.

Account deletion

In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address on your Lightweight account.

AI connections

Lightweight can connect to ChatGPT or Claude through a permissioned sign-in. Start from the Lightweight listing in your chosen assistant, continue with the same Apple or Google account you use in Lightweight, and approve only the training-read and routine-write permissions you want to grant.

Manage or revoke each connection in Settings > Data & integrations > AI connections. If an authorization page says the request is invalid or expired, close it and start a new connection from ChatGPT or Claude. Email support if a fresh request still fails.

Older app versions may not disconnect newer AI connections. Manage AI connections on the web.

Sign in with the same account and revoke access there. This blocks the assistant's Lightweight access immediately. If ChatGPT or Claude still shows the connection, disconnect it there too.
